Who We Work With

We work with people of all ages and abilities, including neurodivergent individuals and those with SEND. Many of our clients struggle to access other fitness options, such as PE lessons for children and gyms or personal training for adults.

Our clients include:

  • Neurodivergent adults who need a coach who truly understands how they think, move and learn.

  • Children struggling to access after school clubs or sporting activities and who need an accessible
    fitness option that meets their need.

  • Individuals managing mental health conditions who need a careful, considered approach to coaching.

  • Adults who have tried gyms or group classes before and found them overwhelming, inaccessible or
    simply not right for them.

What to Expect

Every new client starts with a consultation so we can understand your goals, your history and anything we need to know to coach you well. From there, we build a programme that's specifically designed for you — and we adapt it as you grow.

All our sessions focus on functional fitness movements that mirror real life so the progress you make in your sessions translates directly into how you feel and function every day. This could mean carrying your shopping bags without strain, going for a walk independently, helping you progress in a physically active career or simply feeling better in your own skin.
