At GT Fitness and Wellbeing, our mission is to make fitness accessible, inclusive and empowering for every individual — regardless of age or ability — so they can move safely and confidently, and live the full, independent life they deserve.
We specialise in supporting neurodivergent adults, young people and children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Our innovative exercise programmes are designed to support overall physical health and mental wellbeing, whilst also developing key skills and essential body movements that affect all aspects of our clients’ daily lives.

We focus on using functional fitness to benefit both physical and mental health. Each movement taught in a session can be easily adapted, enabling every individual to participate, make progress, and leave the session feeling more positive than when they started.
